Description
ICOSE Level 1 is a comprehensive training program that focuses on the installation and commissioning processes involved in offshore structures and equipment. Participants gain an understanding of the fundamental concepts, methodologies, and considerations associated with the installation and commissioning of offshore assets.
ICOSE Level 1 covers a wide range of topics related to offshore installation and commissioning, including project planning, equipment selection, installation methodologies, testing procedures, and commissioning activities.
Participants in ICOSE Level 1 learn about the various stages of the installation and commissioning process, from pre-installation preparations to equipment integration, system testing, and final commissioning. They gain insights into the challenges, best practices, and quality assurance measures involved in each stage.
ICOSE Level 2 builds upon the foundational knowledge gained in Level 1 and delves deeper into advanced topics and techniques for the installation and commissioning of offshore structures and equipment. Participants learn advanced installation methodologies, specialized testing procedures, troubleshooting techniques, and project management considerations.
Both ICOSE Level 1 and Level 2 combine theoretical knowledge with practical applications. Participants engage in hands-on exercises, case studies, and discussions to deepen their understanding of the installation and commissioning processes, adherence to industry standards, and efficient management of offshore projects.
Installation & Commissioning Of Offshore Structure and Equipment (ICOSE) Level 1 & Level 2 course covers Total Commissioning Activity centred on Project Phases i.e. FEED, Construction, Fabrication & Final completions etc, Work Scope Phases, Project Commissioning Schedule , Process for Handling of Commissioning Queries, Mechanical Completion Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical & Hand Over, Pre-Commissioning (PC) , Commissioning, Typical Commissioning Preparation Activities, Commissioning Documents and Handover to Operations, FPSO Turrent Commissioning & Challenges, Drilling Rig Commissioning, Subsea Structures Commissioning – Xmas Tree,Manifolds, PLEM, PLET, Jumpers, Spools etc, Decommissioning Requirements and Activities – Platform removal, Subsea Structures and FPSO etc and more.
