Description
SUPEO Level 1 is an introductory course designed to provide engineers and operators with a comprehensive understanding of subsea umbilical controls testing and pre-commissioning activities, including the principles, procedures, and equipment involved in ensuring the functionality and integrity of subsea control systems.
SUPEO Level 2 builds upon the foundational knowledge gained in Level 1 and focuses on advanced topics such as complex umbilical control systems, testing methodologies, risk assessment, troubleshooting, and optimization techniques.
Both Level 1 and Level 2 of SUPEO cover essential aspects of subsea umbilical controls testing and pre-commissioning, including equipment selection, installation, electrical and hydraulic testing, commissioning protocols, safety considerations, and documentation requirements.
SUPEO Level 1 aims to equip engineers and operators with a solid understanding of subsea umbilical controls testing and pre-commissioning concepts, enabling them to effectively participate in activities such as system testing, inspection, and verification during the project lifecycle.
SUPEO Level 2 aims to enhance the expertise of engineers and operators in subsea umbilical controls testing and pre-commissioning, providing them with advanced skills and knowledge required for managing complex control system projects, optimizing system performance, and addressing challenges encountered during testing and pre-commissioning activities.
Subsea Umbilical Controls Testing and Pre-Commissioning Engineering & Operations (SUPEO) Level 1 & Level 2 explores Electro Hydraulic Umbilical, Subsea Umbilical & Associated Hardwares, Electro Hydraulic Umbilical Architecture, Types of Subsea Umbilical, Subsea Field Layout, Armoured and Un-armoured Subsea Umbilical, Subsea Umbilical Cable Sizes & Voltage Ratings, Subsea Umbilical Hardware & Artillery Components, Pre Commissioning of Subsea Umbilicals Components, Subsea Umbilical Testing Scope, Subsea Umbilical Test Equipment, Load Out Monitoring & Testing, Post Loadout Testing, Subsea Umbilical Installation Monitoring, Subsea Umbilical Installation Pressure Monitoring, Subsea Umbilical Installation Electrical Monitoring, Post Lay Subsea Umbilical Testing, Electrical & Optical Test Gears, Subsea Umbilical Post Hook Up Testing, Subsea Umbilical Pre Commissioning, Subsea Umbilicals Commissioning & Function Testing and more.
