Description
PLROM Level 1 is a comprehensive training program designed to provide participants with a foundational understanding of pipeline leak repair operations management, covering the principles, techniques, and best practices involved in managing and executing pipeline leak repair projects.
PLROM Level 2 builds upon the knowledge gained in Level 1 and focuses on advanced topics such as advanced leak detection technologies, risk assessment and mitigation, project planning, budgeting, and managing pipeline repair teams.
Both Level 1 and Level 2 of PLROM cover essential aspects of pipeline leak repair operations management, including leak detection, emergency response planning, leak isolation, repair techniques, regulatory compliance, and documentation requirements.
PLROM Level 1 aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of pipeline leak repair operations, enabling them to effectively contribute to the planning, execution, and management of pipeline repair projects while ensuring safety, environmental compliance, and minimal disruption to operations.
PLROM Level 2 aims to enhance the expertise of participants in pipeline leak repair operations management, equipping them with advanced skills and knowledge required for managing complex pipeline repair projects, optimizing repair strategies, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams for efficient and effective leak remediation.
PLROM Level 1 to Level 2 covers Pipeline Repairs, Composite Repair of Pipelines, Welding and Hot Tap Metallurgy Considerations, Hot Tap and Stopple Basics, Hot Tap and Line Stops Operations, Pipeline Repair Products, Flushing Procedure, Pipeline Flushing Procedure, Hydrotest Procedure, Standalone Job Hazard Analysis (JSA) and more
Pipeline Leak Repair Operations Management (PLROM) Level 1 to Level 2 is structured for pipeline engineers working as pipeline asset integrity engineer, subsea pipeline engineer, reliability engineers, integrity engineers, project engineers etc. Pipeline Leak Repair Operations Management (PLROM) Level 1 to Level 2is structured to bridge the needed knowledge gap at intermediate to advance level.
