Description
Oil and gas formation evaluation is the process of analyzing the subsurface reservoir to determine its potential for producing hydrocarbons. Key concepts include geology, petrophysics, geophysics, and reservoir engineering. The goal of formation evaluation is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the reservoir, including its properties and characteristics, in order to optimize drilling, completion, and production operations. Formation evaluation methods include well logging, core analysis, seismic interpretation, and reservoir simulation. By accurately evaluating reservoir properties, formation evaluation can help reduce risks associated with drilling and production operations, optimize reservoir management strategies, and improve the overall productivity and profitability of oil and gas operations.
Oil & Gas Formation Evaluation (OOFE) Level 1 & Level 2 course covers Mud Logging, Coring, Open Hole Logging, Logging While Drilling, Formation Testing, Cased Hole Logging and more.
OOFE Level 1 & Level 2 is designed to provide detailed knowledge of Oil & Gas Formation Evaluation for Field Technicians & Engineers and will assist those who are switching or enhancing there career in Oil & Gas Formation Evaluation.
