Description
The Engineering of Deepwater Subsea Pigging Operations (ESPO) Level 1 & Level 2 course is a comprehensive training program that focuses on providing participants with a thorough understanding of the engineering aspects related to subsea pigging operations in deepwater environments.
This course covers a wide range of topics, including the principles of pigging, equipment selection, pigging system design, and operational considerations specific to deepwater applications.
Participants will learn about industry best practices, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements associated with subsea pigging operations, ensuring compliance and adherence to international standards.
Through a combination of theoretical lectures, practical demonstrations, and hands-on exercises, participants will gain practical experience in planning and executing subsea pigging operations in deepwater conditions.
By completing the ESPO Level 1 & Level 2 course, participants will be equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to contribute to the successful engineering and implementation of subsea pigging operations in deepwater environments, enhancing their career prospects in the offshore oil and gas industry.
Engineering of Deepwater Subsea Pigging Operations (ESPO) Level 1 & Level 2 covers Pipeline Pigging Operations, Technical abbreviations used for Pigging Operations i.e. Pigs, Pig Train, Pig Trap, Non Autonomous Pig, Intelligent Pig etc., Different Types of Pigs i.e. Mandrel, Single Bolt, Foam, Solid Cast Pig etc., Pig Selection Criteria i.e. based on line type, length, material, condition, propelling medium, performed function etc., Pigging Functions, Pigging Mediums, Pig Lunching & Receiving Operations, Pipeline Pre- Commissioning Activities, Pigs & Pigging in Cleaning Inspection, Pigs and Pigging in Pipeline Flooding / Filling, Pig & Pigging in Pipeline Dewatering, Subsea Pigging Procedures for Deepwaters and more
ESPO Level 1 & Level 2 is designed to provide detailed knowledge of Engineering of Deepwater Subsea Pigging Operations and will assist those who are switching or enhancing there career in deep and ultra deepwaters subsea engineering.
