Purpose

The purpose of CCSFEM Level 1 is to equip participants with the necessary competencies to understand and contribute to the engineering aspects of CO2 carbon capture and solar fuels technologies. Course Objectives

The objective of CCSFEM Level 1 is to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the engineering principles and technologies involved in CO2 carbon capture and solar fuels. CCSFEM Level 1 is a comprehensive master class that focuses on the engineering aspects of CO2 carbon capture and solar fuels technologies. It provides participants with a foundational understanding of the principles, technologies, and challenges associated with these innovative fields.

CCSFEM Level 1 covers a wide range of topics related to CO2 carbon capture and solar fuels engineering, including CO2 capture techniques, separation processes, utilization of captured CO2, solar fuel production, and the integration of these technologies into existing energy systems.

Participants in CCSFEM Level 1 learn about the different types of carbon capture technologies, such as absorption, adsorption, and membrane-based systems. They gain insights into the design considerations, operating principles, and efficiency of these technologies for CO2 capture from various emission sources.

The master class provides an overview of solar fuels technologies, which convert captured CO2 and solar energy into valuable fuels, such as hydrogen, methane, or synthetic hydrocarbons. Participant underpinning knowledge of C02 Carbon Capture & Solar Fuels engineering at Level 1 shall be accessed with short answer multiple-choice questionnaire and case studies at the conclusion of the course.

Outcome

Participants will gain an in debt understanding of C02 Carbon Capture & Solar Fuels engineering technology at Level 1. They will also be able to function with minimum supervision as C02 Carbon Capture & Solar Fuels Systems Engineers, Green Building Engineer, Energy Systems Engineer & Renewable Energy Engineer for IOCs & renewable energy contractor, vendor or installation company.
