Onshore & Subsea Pipeline Stress & Fatigue Analysis with (OSPSFC) CEASAR II Level 1

Chess Subsea Engineering, a UK based international underwater subsea training, technical manpower supply and engineering consultancy company with extensive experience with Floating Production Storage & Offloading (FPSO) unit, Jack-up, Drilling Units, Drillships, Risers and Pipelines is seeking for candidates to train on Onshore & Subsea Pipeline Stress & Fatigue Analysis with (OSPSFC) CEASAR II Level 1.

The OSPSFC Level 1 & Level 2 course offered by Chess Subsea Engineering is designed to empower you with advanced pipeline flexibility modeling & simulation analysis. The course is backed up real hands-on practical applications to give you an edge in the industry.

Module 3: Ceasar Pipe Stress Flexibility Analysis Introduction

Introduction to Piping Stress Analysis
Theory, Piping components and assumptions; element assembly & Code compliance requirements.

Stress Intensification Factors

Module 4: Hands On : Onshore Production Pipeline (Appendix A)

Objectives

This CASE STUDY is designed to demonstrate adding supports in CAESAR II and demonstrate the OPERATING CASE and RESTRAINT LOAD REPORTS and give an indication of what the RESULTS MEAN ON THE RESTRAINT LOAD REPORT, along with a SHORT EXAMPLE ON HOW TO COMBAT ISSUES WITH SUPPORTS, such as “lift off”

Duration

Weekdays: 4 weeks (4 days in a week)

Weekend: 12 Saturdays

Course Fees Online: $800 USD (#189,000 Naira) Only

Course Fees Offline: $1200 USD (#259,000 Naira) Only Only

At the end of the course certificate of Completion Based on Scottish NVQ standard Level 4 & 5 shall be issued directly from Chess Subsea Engineering Europe.
