I Partook of the class, the class was educative, the instructor took his time to explain the concept of subsea engineering, the software (orcaflex) and the structures in subsea.

Orcaflex training has been an excellent training that I can easily proud of where ever I find myself. The training has widen my knowledge and skills on how to use orcaflex software to maintain vessels stability on the sea either deep or ultra deep by the reinforcement of anchors.

I also learnt how to identify three different streams as in oil and gas sector, which are upstream, mid-stream and downstream.
I also learnt various equipments used for the flow of hydrocarbon from below the seabed. Equipments such as: riser, flow line, jump, manifold, wll head, well, Xmas trees, etc.
I also learnt how to install and design these equipments using Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV).

The training was well simplified and well broken down.

But the time frame is to short, and most of the classes were rushed.

I recently had the opportunity to attend the subsea engineering course offered by Chess Subsea Engineering, sponsored by SNEPCO/BAKER HUGHES under NCDMB, and I can confidently say it is an invaluable experience.
