Description
LNGEPE Level 1 is an introductory course designed to provide plant engineers and technicians with a fundamental understanding of liquified natural gas (LNG) engineering principles, including LNG production, storage, and transportation.
LNGEPE Level 2 builds upon the foundational knowledge gained in Level 1 and delves deeper into advanced topics such as LNG plant design, process optimization, safety considerations, and environmental impacts.
Both Level 1 and Level 2 of LNGEPE cover essential aspects of LNG engineering, including cryogenic systems, liquefaction processes, LNG storage tanks, regasification techniques, and the overall operation and maintenance of LNG facilities.
LNGEPE Level 1 focuses on providing participants with a broad overview of LNG engineering concepts and terminology, enabling them to grasp the basics of LNG operations and support various tasks within a plant setting.
LNGEPE Level 2 aims to enhance the expertise of plant engineers and technicians by equipping them with advanced skills and knowledge required for tackling complex challenges related to LNG plant design, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Liquified Natural Gas Engineering for Plant Engineers and Technicians (LNGEPE) Level 1 explores Origin of Liquified Natural Gas (LNG), Composition of Liquified Natural Gas (LNG)Physics of Liquified Natural Gas (LNG), Phase Transition, Enthalphy of Fusion, Enthalphy of Vapourization, Enthalphy of Sublimation, Gas Rules, Equilibrum Vapour Pressure, LNG Trade Chain, Exploration and Production, Treatment & Liquefaction, Simplified Treatment Process, Liquefaction, Propane Pre-cooled Mixed Refrigerant C3MR (ACPI), Dual Mixed Refrigerant (DMR), LNG Cascade Process, Dry Vs Wet Natural Gas, Impurities Impact on Gas Industry and End User and more.
Liquified Natural Gas Engineering for Plant Engineers and Technicians (LNGEPE) Level 1 is structured to bridge the needed knowledge gap at beginners level.
