Interface Requirements of Subsea System

Successful management of subsea projects is largely a matter of managing interfaces: physical, functional and organizational. Subsea production system consists of a collection of discrete components. Since the components of a subsea production system are inaccessible for operator intervention and must work together in a coordinated manner, it is necessary that they be controlled remotely with an integrated control system. The control of the components of a production system is managed by the subsea production control system.
