Description
The Subsea Controls, Hydraulics, SURFs & Subsea Structures Installation Master Class (SCHSSSIMC) Level 1 to Level 3 course is a comprehensive training program designed to provide in-depth knowledge and practical skills related to subsea control systems, hydraulics, and the installation of subsea structures and SURFs (Subsea Umbilicals, Risers, and Flowlines).
The course covers various topics, including subsea control system architecture, hydraulic power units, control umbilicals, and the design and installation of SURFs and subsea structures such as manifolds, templates, and foundations.
Participants gain a thorough understanding of subsea control system components, including control modules, umbilical termination assemblies (UTAs), subsea control umbilicals, and the integration of hydraulic and electrical systems.
The training program includes practical exercises, simulations, and case studies that allow participants to apply their knowledge in real-world scenarios, develop troubleshooting skills, and gain hands-on experience with subsea control system installation and operation.
The SCHSSSIMC course is typically structured into different levels, starting with foundational concepts and gradually progressing to more advanced topics and practical applications, enabling participants to build a strong foundation and become proficient in subsea controls, hydraulics, SURFs, and subsea structure installation.
Subsea Controls, Hydraulics, SURFs & Subsea Structures Installation Master Class (SCHSSSIMC) Level 1 to Level 3 covers Control Systems, Control Systems International Standards, Subsea Control Systems Selection Major Criteria, Components of Subsea Production Control System, Subsea Control Systems Evolution, Control System Operation, Types of Subsea Flexible Pipes, Flexible Pipe Applications, Flexible Riser Configurations, Material Selection & Layer Function, Flexible Riser Cross Sectional Area Assessment, Flexible Pipe End Fitting Designs, Design Process & Functional Requirements Based on API Specification 17J, Design Codes & Criteria Application, Local Structural Cross-Section Design, Assessment & Analysis, Cross Section Design, Assessment & Analysis, Global Static And Dynamic Analysis, Bouyancy Modules Design, Assessment & Analysis, Sensitivity Studies, Fatigue Assessment & Analysis, Global Subsea Installation, Design and Installation Projects, Subsea Structures, Roles & Functions of Subsea Installation Engineer, Types of Subsea Structures, Phases of Subsea Structures Installation, Subsea Structures Installation Vessels & Verifications, Lift Rigging Design Exercises (Case Studies) and more.
SCHSSSIMC Level 1 to Level 3 is designed to provide detailed knowledge of Subsea Controls, Hydraulics, SURFs & Subsea Structures Installation and will assist those who are switching or enhancing there career in deep and ultra deepwaters subsea engineering.
