Purpose

The purpose of the Subsea Vessels & Lay Equipment (SVLE) Level 1 course is to provide participants with a solid foundation of knowledge and practical skills related to subsea vessels and lay equipment operations in the offshore industry.

The course aims to equip participants with the necessary understanding of subsea vessel and lay equipment design, operation, and maintenance, enabling them to contribute effectively to subsea construction projects and ensure the safe and efficient execution of subsea operations.

Course Objectives

The primary objective of the Subsea Vessels & Lay Equipment (SVLE) Level 1 course is to familiarize participants with the different types and functionalities of subsea vessels and lay equipment used in offshore operations.

Another objective is to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the installation and recovery processes of subsea structures, including pipelines, cables, and other subsea equipment.
