Description
The Offshore Dredging Operations, Tooling, Techniques & Project Management (ODOPTT) Level 1 course provides an introduction to the fundamental concepts and principles of offshore dredging operations. Participants learn about the different types of dredging equipment and their functions, as well as the basic techniques used in dredging projects.
The Level 1 course covers the basics of project management in the context of offshore dredging operations. Participants gain an understanding of project planning, scheduling, and resource management, with a focus on the unique challenges and considerations involved in offshore environments.
The Offshore Dredging Operations, Tooling, Techniques & Project Management (ODOPTT) Level 2 course builds upon the foundation established in Level 1. It delves deeper into the advanced tooling and techniques used in offshore dredging, including specialized equipment and technologies.
The Level 2 course provides a comprehensive understanding of the project management aspects specific to offshore dredging operations. Participants learn advanced project planning and execution strategies, risk assessment and management, and stakeholder communication and coordination.
Both the Level 1 and Level 2 courses of ODOPTT aim to equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively contribute to offshore dredging projects. These courses are designed for professionals working in the dredging industry or related fields, enabling them to enhance their expertise and excel in their roles within offshore dredging projects.
Offshore Dredging Operations, Tooling, Techniques & Project Management (ODOPTT) Level 1 & Level 2 is designed for dredgers, dredging project managers and will assist those who are responsible for commissioning and managing dredging contractors and those who regulate dredging. Participant shall also gain insight into managing and regulating dredging projects and contractors more effectively and efficiently.
