Description
AADTP Level 1 is a comprehensive training program designed to provide participants with foundational knowledge and skills required to work as an assistant driller in the drilling industry, covering drilling operations, equipment, safety protocols, and basic drilling techniques.
AADTP Level 2 builds upon the knowledge gained in Level 1 and focuses on advanced topics such as drilling optimization, well control, rig management, advanced drilling techniques, and leadership skills, preparing participants for increased responsibilities in the role of an assistant driller.
AADTP Level 3 is the highest level of the training program, offering advanced training in drilling engineering, well planning, rig site management, advanced well control, troubleshooting, and project management, equipping participants with the expertise required to progress to the position of driller.
Participants in AADTP Level 1 to Level 3 will gain hands-on experience through practical training, simulations, and real-life case studies, allowing them to apply their knowledge in a controlled and supervised environment.
The AADTP training program is designed to accelerate the development of participants’ skills and knowledge in drilling operations, providing them with a clear career progression path from assistant driller to driller, and enabling them to contribute effectively to drilling operations with safety, efficiency, and technical expertise.
